Using handheld Windows Mobile computers which contain the company's products, prices and customer profiles, field workers can: create quotations, sales orders, and invoices; enter information from the field; check product categories, inventory and scan bar code labels; transmit orders over the Internet to the TeamSFA servers; and update and/or retrieve customer data to and from their handheld device. Administration can also retrieve field orders into their back office order processing systems by accessing TeamSFA.com and import data from the field for real-time accuracy and control.
